day & evening classes

Our Day and Evening classes are a fantastic way to explore jewellery design. Guided by our experienced tutors all classes are mixed abilities. As a new student you will begin with our beginner course creating a piece of jewellery reflecting the skills you will be introduced to. With each return term you book into you will learn a new set of technical skills and create a piece of jewellery that reflects the skills being taught.

In addition, and dependant on your project, you are creating you can also be taught how to create your own findings, brooch backs, hinges, locket making, box making, flush and tube setting, kembou, rivets and other cold connections, Clossione, bassetaille, roll print texturing, hammer texturing the list is endless!

The jewellery is created by SilverHub Students who have attended several terms and are for illustration purpose only.

Studio Access

Our Studio Access enables you access to the studio outside of class hours and during our studio working hours. Our fully equipped studio will enable you to finish a project or to continue to develop your skills. These studio sessions are not taught and do not provide technical advice. If you wish to use the studio you must have completed a minimum of an 8 week course at SilverHub or courses at another jewellery establishment.

  • Half day – £15 (3 hours)
  • Full Day – £30 (6 hours)
